# Land

* There will be a total of 6 plots that you can unlock in the "Main City." 
* Each of these plots will cost **25 $METRO,** and you can place any NFT Building on them regardless of its rarity. 
* Once the Building is placed, it can only be removed from the land by paying a $15 per square meter fee. Once the fee is paid, you can replace the building with whichever one you prefer without any issues.
* If you want to acquire more plots to build on, you'll need to unlock new ones, where you'll have more plots fully unlocked and other extra benefits.
