# Buildings

Each Building will have one of the 5 available rarities, and each rarity will have 3 sub-rarities. (The exact rewards for each rarity and sub-rarity can be found in the table at the end of this page).

You should also note that every 3 days, for each Building you own, you will have to pay for basic services and cleaning. These services will cost 5% of what was generated in those 3 days, plus a small amount in BNB (0.00025 BNB). This mentioned 5% can be paid with the game's internal tokens.

### HOW TO GET BUILDINGS

* The first way to obtain Buildings (and if you're quick) will be through NFT presales, where you can directly choose the Rarity of Building you prefer.
* The second and MAIN way to obtain Buildings will be through in-game Minting, with each mint costing 100 $METRO and offering different rarities based on probabilities.
* The third and final way to acquire Buildings will be through the in-game Marketplace, where all players can buy and sell their NFTs peer-to-peer.
