The structures are acquired through the MINT process, which involves different percentages. There are five levels of rarity, and the higher the rarity, the lower the probability of obtaining it. Additionally, each rarity is divided into three sub-rarities, each with its own percentage of acquisition.
The 5 rarities are Small Houses, Medium Houses, Large Houses, Buildings, and Luxury Buildings.
Small Houses are classified as common, with a 50% probability of being obtained during the minting process. Furthermore, they are divided into three sub-rarities:
Base Rarity: With a probability of 60%.
Medium Rarity: With a probability of 30%.
Advanced Rarity: With a probability of 10%.
The medium houses are classified as uncommon, with a 25% chance of being obtained during the minting process. Additionally, they are divided into three subtypes:
Base Rarity: With a probability of 60%.
Medium Rarity: With a probability of 30%.
Advanced Rarity: With a probability of 10%.
The large houses are classified as Rare, with a 15% chance of being obtained during the minting process. Additionally, they are divided into three sub-rarities:
Base Rarity: With a probability of 60%.

The Buildings are classified as Epic, with a 7% probability of being obtained during the minting process. Furthermore, they are divided into three subcategories:

The Luxury Buildings are classified as Legendary, with a 3% chance of being obtained during the minting process. Furthermore, they are divided into three subraces:
